wow the week flew

wow think the week really flew.
i took this pic last friday at equinox and din have the time to find the cable to transfer it till now.
official dinner so it was nice :)



bali was simply great.
the saturday i reached there was the 1st night i slept so well since CNY. pretty bad huh i know... :(
weekend was great with elsa!
something about the sea and sunsets is very therapeutic.
must take a very jaded soul not to be touched.


meetings also great actually. learnt a lot.
both business and personal!
just stressful cos many next steps.

i think i really must take it easy.

need to pace myself.. will become a nervous wreck at this rate.
havent been sleeping/eating properly..
as the rabbit blog went..i think my lifes been like that for more than a month now..

i think dogs enjoy good life in japan. because they are allowed to roam the streets and shopping centres (provided they have responsible owners). i never knew SO many pple owned dogs in japan.. but anywayz.. let the pics speak for themselves!

japan - foto whoring part 1 - the touristy stuff

i dunno why i cant really get to sleep today even though i only slept 3hrs last night. guess the high from the trip is spilling over.

basically, the trip was GREAT.
i usually say things are good, but when i say it was great, it was really great! :)
good mix of urban vs suburban and shopping/modern vs nature/history.
ended with a blast by catching up with saori.

anyway, im starting from middle of day 3 cos not enuff time. was clearing office emails too. will add the rest when i got time!!

japan pictures sorting

i din noe i was using a faulty picture transferring device and i tot i lost half of my japan pictures. *jaw drop* good thing i tried using the cam directly and my pictures were rescued *phew*

im not joking i have tonnes of pictures (between 2 of us, we have about 4.5G of fotos......).. a lot of which has liyis face in it so she is gonna be so upset if i lost them.....

its 7am. y am i not sleeping!! im gonna be so screwed on mondays 'meeting' :(

as expected, a little strange feeling to be home. to the things familiar but yet distant bcos away for a while.

im feeling so happy and 5 million things i want to blog about. but shall save tt for tmr bcos im feeling so HOT and HUMID!!

meeting up w saori (my japanese fren i havent met for 3 yrs since i left UBC) touched something within me.. feeling v happy and contented at the moment :)

woah time really flies. im sitting in a youth hostel in nikko japan.

am glad we made this day trip out, very good break from the city life in japan...

japan day 3 - the beginning of tokyo

checked out odaiba today. THANK YOU benjamin for the great recommendation :)

first went to the decks for sushi. it was so YUMMY. and it had a view of the rainbow bridge so that was great! then was fuji tv towers, promenade, then the pallete/venusfort and of course, the great ferris wheel!!

not forgetting impromptu dog stuff shopping, molesting other ppls maltese, clothes shopping (yes i bought 3 clothes item in petite japan!!) and arcade.. hah!!

for the ferris wheel, we took the totally transparent carriage so it was really nice. albeit a little scary at first. and it was during sunset. BEAUTIFUL!!

then we took an automated electric car ride before heading to the onsen.

oh my goodness.. i LOVEEEEEEEEEE the onsen. seriously L.O.V.E.
great historic feel + massage + indoor/outdoor onsen


im tired but tmr is shopping day. burberry blue label awaits me.

day 2 ^ tired alr??

my feet is aching!!!

covered all the main spots in yokohama today. went to sankeien garden, minato mirai, laid and sprawled on grass to sleep for a while, then chinatown and shin-yokohama ramen musuem.

AND 1g of memory card taken. hah

off to odaiba tomorrow.. wheeee

this trip feels more like home stay immersion than tour.

coming so far but still have internet/sms/messenger. so much for wanting to be uncontactable :P tokking online to jem and alvin

will pray hard w ly ltr to get out of this emotional mess i got myself into. and how much i have chosen to distance myself from God. and just when i tot i was spiritually mature enuff to steer away, i still chose to dive into something so wrong and got myself hurt for no good reason. how dumb but anywayz.. and now i shall try to nurse this. i will be fine!!! :)

im a place tt feels familiar yet foreign, cool yet not freezing, language that i sorta understand yet not well enough. perfect place to stop all my krappy tots! foto taking.. zest.. time to come back :)
